Our Neapolitan-style pizza dough carries the ancient rhythm of fire and fermentation. Each pouch is made with our Italian flour and the living soul of our sourdough, nurtured through generations of family tradition.

Easy to prepare.

•Pour contents into a bowl. Mix with 1 cup 1/3 cup of warm water and 3 tbsp oil to form a soft dough.

• Shape into a ball and coverfor 45-60 minutes. Use oil or parchment paper on trayto cook pizza. Sprinkle flour if needed and prepare with fresh ingredients.

• Bake at 420ºF for 12-15 mins, adjust for toppings.
• Broil 2 mins for golden crust.
